I’ve never worked with an editor before and am curious about what the process looks like. Do they simply correct grammar and spelling, or do they dive deeper into things like structure and style?

I’m considering Barter. Books Publishers for my manuscript, but I’d like to know what others think about their editing services. Did their editors meet your expectations?
